Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our applications and infrastructure. You will automate deployments, manage CI/CD pipelines, and maintain both cloud and on‑prem environments while collaborating with development, QA, security, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain cloud or hybrid environments with a focus on performance and cost efficiency.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes or similar technologies.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) for reproducible provisioning.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps, including automated testing and static code analysis.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Datadog) and analyze performance data.
• Integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, dependency and IaC scanning) into pipelines and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO, SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for deployment and production issues and lead DevOps‑related projects like cloud migrations and tool adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or System Automation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP associate, CKA/CKAD, Terraform Associate) are a plus.
