About the role
Pasta Pot Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to lead its dining floor in Erbil. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that every guest experiences the high standards of service and hospitality the restaurant is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Manage staff schedules, train new team members, and mentor existing staff.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to preserve guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to meet revenue targets, and uphold restaurant standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations and front‑of‑house management.
- Leadership skills, attention to detail, and capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Sales acumen and ability to drive business growth.
- Hospitality Management diploma or degree preferred, though not mandatory.
