About the role
The Fleet Sales Consultant will drive vehicle fleet sales for the Toyota brand in Erbil, identifying new corporate opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. The role focuses on meeting sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to Sardar Group standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate and fleet clients to generate new business.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing fleet customers.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and fleet agreements in line with company policies.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tenders promptly.
- Coordinate with finance, registration, and logistics departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and fleet opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- Mandatory sales experience; automotive sector preferred.
- Fluent Kurdish; advanced Arabic and English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Presentable, self‑confident, able to work under pressure and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
