Finance Lead

About the role

The Finance Lead will head the finance department, ensuring accurate financial operations, compliance, and strategic support for the organization. This senior position reports directly to senior management and collaborates across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage payroll processing, tax and social security compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, procedures and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors and stakeholders for treasury, working‑capital and transaction management.
• Prepare and present financial status reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Monitor project expenditures, track commitments and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading finance teams and managing full‑cycle financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of tax, payroll, treasury and banking operations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
