Feed Production Manager

About the role

The Feed Production Manager oversees all operations at the DANFEED Factory, ensuring efficient manufacturing of high‑quality animal feed and premix products. This role coordinates the entire production flow—from raw material intake to final output—while maintaining strict quality, safety, and cost standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations and supervise feed production processes.
• Achieve production targets for quantity, quality, and timelines.
• Monitor raw material usage, minimize waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards for all products.
• Lead and train production staff, ensuring high performance.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for raw material supply and production planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Feed Technology, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in feed production or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of feed formulation and production processes.
• Proven experience managing factory teams and operations.
• Knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, communication, and leadership abilities.
