ESL Teacher for AI Model Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑Arabic ESL teacher to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The role is fully remote and allows you to work on projects that interest you, measuring chatbot progress and improving model quality through conversational testing.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in written and spoken conversations with AI chatbots in both English and Arabic to assess linguistic performance.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and brand voice consistency.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve model accuracy and user experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Detail‑oriented with an expert‑level understanding of linguistics.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
