ERPNext Developer & Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented ERPNext Developer who will also act as a Technical Support Specialist. In this dual role you will design, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules while providing first‑ and second‑level support to ensure a smooth, responsive ERP experience for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and maintain ERPNext modules using the Frappe framework, Python, JavaScript, and MySQL/MariaDB.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Integrate third‑party applications via REST APIs.
• Manage version control with Git and participate in code reviews.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system problems.
• Generate custom reports, scripts, and dashboards.
• Document technical processes and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on ERPNext development and support experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with Docker, Linux server administration, or cloud platforms such as AWS or DigitalOcean.
• Contributions to open‑source ERPNext or Frappe projects are a plus.
