E‑Commerce Manager (Local) – Erbil/Baghdad

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead and expand our online retail business in Iraq. The role oversees the e‑commerce platform, drives sales, and ensures a seamless shopping experience across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce strategy to increase online sales and profitability.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the e‑commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Monitor website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Optimize product listings, categories, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Coordinate with Marketing to plan and execute SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure smooth online operations.
• Monitor inventory availability and work with relevant departments to minimize stock issues.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Continuously improve the customer journey, website usability, and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce or online retail management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Kurdish is an advantage.
