E‑Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic E‑Commerce Executive to support our Director of Marketing & Communications and Corporate Director of E‑Commerce. You will create engaging social media content, produce visual assets, and help drive online traffic for our hotel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Produce photography, videography and graphic design assets for digital and print use.
• Assist in SEO, website traffic analysis and content updates for the Rotana website.
• Manage e‑newsletters, online advertising and partner communications.
• Conduct quality‑assurance audits of hotel descriptions and images across all channels.
• Monitor online reviews and ensure timely, brand‑consistent responses.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and bookings.

• Enthusiastic about online content management and brand storytelling.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for visual consistency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and e‑commerce leadership.
