Dynamic Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service Professional

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage professionals to join our restaurant team as Waiter/Waitress. In this role you will deliver professional, discreet and personalized service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards.
• Greet, seat and attend to guests with a courteous and attentive approach.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and recommend items.
• Monitor food and beverage quality throughout service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
• Prepare service stations before, during and after shifts (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
• Minimize waste, breakage and spoilage.
• Apply up‑selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude, passion for people and service, and a positive demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment, stay calm under pressure and pay attention to detail.
