Direct Sales Customer Service Representative – Kut

About the role

The Direct Sales Customer Service Representative will work at Zain Iraq outlets in Kut, handling daily customer requests, resolving complaints, and promoting Zain products and services. The role focuses on delivering high‑level customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s direct sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and contribute to Zain’s Direct Sales strategy and targets.
• Implement sales policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
• Handle customer emails and follow‑up inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with billing and collection teams to reactivate accounts and keep customer information up‑to‑date.
• Work with retention and CRM teams to address complaints and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor account status changes and ensure accurate records.
• Resolve issues related to offers, new products, and other sales‑related challenges.
• Submit daily activity reports and maintain documentation of customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Strong behavioural competencies such as customer focus, achievement orientation, information seeking, and relationship building.
