Digital Marketing Specialist (On-site, Baghdad)

About the role

Parla Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Baghdad. You will plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that support client objectives across social media, search and other online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns on social media, search and display platforms.
• Manage client social media accounts, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and produce regular performance reports using web‑analytics tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
• Manage online advertising budgets and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and recommend improvements to boost reach, engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
• Hands‑on experience in social media marketing, content creation, community management and platform optimisation.
• Proficiency in web‑analytics with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Baghdad, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
