Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Optimum Norm Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Erbil office. You will lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns that promote the company’s logistics and facility services across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, online ads, email, web content).
• Manage and grow professional social media profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics and other tools, produce regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regional regulations to keep campaigns relevant.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing expertise with proven campaign planning experience.
• Experience managing B2B services, preferably in logistics or facility management.
• Familiarity with the Iraqi and broader Middle‑East market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Erbil, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
