Digital Marketing Manager (Beauty & Fragrance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy in the skincare and fragrance sector. The role will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, online sales and long‑term loyalty across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Oversee the company’s social media presence and content strategy.
• Lead product launch campaigns for new skincare and fragrance collections.
• Analyse performance data, provide insights and maximise ROI/ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce videos, graphics and copy.
• Manage influencer and creator marketing programmes, including negotiations and reporting.
• Optimise website traffic, customer journey and conversion rates.
• Design and execute email marketing and customer‑retention campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor beauty‑industry trends.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and track KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in skincare, cosmetics, beauty or fragrance.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
