About the role
The Development Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Mechanical Section Head to support the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and performance of mechanical systems at HRID. This position ensures that all mechanical equipment runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operation of mechanical systems.
- Support preventive maintenance programmes and routine inspections.
- Help coordinate repair works and liaise with external contractors.
- Prepare basic performance and maintenance reports.
- Contribute to maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Required profile
- Relevant technical education or experience in mechanical systems.
- Ability to follow supervision and work within a team.
- Good organizational skills for reporting and coordination.
