Customer Relationship Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team in Al‑Rusafa. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer data, tracking interactions, and supporting the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate follow‑ups on quotations, contracts, and service requests.
• Generate regular CRM reports, analyse trends, and provide insights for retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, service and internal stakeholders to align customer feedback with product and service improvements.
• Support targeted marketing campaigns and customer‑centric projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
• Experience in sales support, lead management, upselling or customer retention activities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills and willingness to work on‑site in Al‑Rusafa.
• Experience in power solutions, industrial equipment or related sectors is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (data entry, lifecycle tracking).
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
