CTIPS Supervisor

About the role

The CTIPS Supervisor ensures Vectrus and its subcontractors maintain a zero‑tolerance culture for Trafficking in Persons (TIP) in accordance with U.S. law, FAR regulations, and local Iraqi statutes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role leads compliance training, monitors adherence, and drives corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply international standards (e.g., C138, C182, UN Convention) to case contexts and contract requirements.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on human trafficking and forced labor issues.
• Manage the CTIPS training program, review training materials, compliance plans, and related documentation.
• Respond within 24 hours to allegations, audit findings, or investigation requests.
• Receive, track, and close allegations, information requests, and referrals.
• Assess program productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency, recommending improvements.
• Identify non‑compliance, develop corrective actions, and support external auditors.
• Continuously update knowledge of compliance, human trafficking laws, and related policies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of U.S. public law, FAR clauses, and international anti‑trafficking standards.
• Experience conducting substantive legal and regulatory research.
• Ability to manage training programs and compliance documentation.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess program performance and recommend enhancements.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
