Country Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Country Sales Manager to lead our digital media sales efforts in Iraq. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic client partnerships, and achieving sales targets across the Iraqi market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, including advertisers, agencies, and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and business partners.
• Promote and sell advertising and digital media solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and media plans tailored to client objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and business development goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and campaign review sessions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular market insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Required profile

• Iraqi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in digital media sales or a related sales role.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and client acquisition abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
