Country Head - Apple Business (Iraq)

About the role

Redington is hiring an experienced, strategic and growth-driven leader to drive its Apple Business Operations across Iraq. The position is based in Baghdad and suits a commercial leader with a proven track record in technology distribution, premium channel strategy and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall business operations, sales performance, revenue growth and profitability for the Apple line across Iraq
• Expand distribution networks, manage retail and enterprise channels and strengthen local partner ecosystems aligned with Apple's global brand strategy
• Lead, mentor and align cross-functional and multicultural teams to achieve market dominance and operational excellence

Required profile

• 12-18 years of total experience in technology management, sales leadership or channel distribution, including at least 5-7 years in senior leadership managing large teams
• Deep background in consumer electronics, premium brand management or distribution business models; experience with the Apple ecosystem is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Iraq's local market dynamics or Middle East commercial operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Marketing (MBA or equivalent preferred)
