Content Creator

About the role

Al-Hasani Home Center is hiring a full-time Content Creator in Baghdad (Yarmouk, Jordan Street, on site). The role develops original video ideas and turns them into professional content that reflects the brand and reaches the target audience across digital platforms. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, six days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative video concepts aligned with the company's brand and target audience.
• Write clear and engaging scripts and prepare storyboards and visual plans before production.
• Collaborate with the videographer on creative direction, required shots, camera angles and shot lists.
• Supervise filming sessions and give on-site feedback; prepare weekly and monthly shooting schedules.
• Monitor workflow, ensure deadlines are met and review recorded footage for quality.
• Coordinate with the editing team, manage revisions and report regularly to the department manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation or a similar creative role.
• Experience filming, photography and video production, and preparing content calendars, storyboards and production schedules.

Required skills

• Strong storytelling, scriptwriting and copywriting for captions, headlines and social media campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and audience behaviour.
• Ability to align content with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Basic video editing and basic visual composition or design principles are a plus.
