Marketing Coordinator

About the role

1001 is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of all marketing and communication activities across the organization. The role manages day-to-day workflows, coordinates between teams and ensures campaigns, communications and partner activities are delivered on time and to a high standard. It acts as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Growth, Product, Content and external partners, in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing calendar so that campaigns, communications and deliverables are planned and tracked
• Coordinate daily marketing activities across internal teams and external partners
• Manage task tracking, follow-ups and accountability across ongoing initiatives
• Support the production and delivery of marketing assets by coordinating with designers, writers and vendors
• Maintain documentation systems, templates, trackers and reporting tools
• Ensure outputs meet quality and brand standards, and proactively follow up on delays or misalignment
• Support campaign launches, partner announcements and internal communication flows

Required profile

• 1-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management or similar roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Native Arabic and professional English
• Experience in remote or cross-functional team environments
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Media, tech or digital platforms experience is a plus
