Commission Sales Associate

About the role

The Commission Sales Associate will join ALNOOR CONSULTANTS LIMITED in Baghdad to drive new business for the firm’s consulting services. Working full‑time on‑site, you will identify prospects, build relationships and close sales on a commission‑based structure.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential clients across Baghdad Governorate and present the company’s consulting offerings.
• Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal consulting teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of business and consulting services or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working on a commission‑based compensation model.
• Fluency in local languages; good English communication is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or client‑facing roles.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Baghdad and travel locally as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
