Center Manager – Private Banking

About the role

The Center Manager for Private Banking will lead the development and delivery of banking services and products for targeted customer segments in Baghdad. This senior position ensures that the bank’s offerings stay responsive to technological, economic, and social changes in the Iraqi market.

Key responsibilities

• Propose objectives and plans for service and product development aligned with market dynamics.
• Prepare technical studies on existing products, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and necessary amendments.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new services, including market surveys and financial, technical, and strategic evaluations.
• Analyze competitors’ offerings, maintain an up‑to‑date database of product specifications, and leverage insights for product improvement.
• Enhance staff technical and banking knowledge through training and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Corporate Communications for product launch campaigns.
• Submit periodic progress reports to the direct supervisor and perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in banking or related business fields.
