Center Manager – Private Banking (Basrah)

About the role

The Center Manager for Private Banking will lead the development and optimisation of banking products and services for targeted customer segments in Basrah. This senior role ensures the bank stays responsive to technological, economic and social changes within the Iraqi banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Propose objectives and plans for new and existing services, aligning them with market trends and bank strategy.
• Prepare technical studies, identify strengths and weaknesses of products, and recommend amendments.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new offerings, including market surveys and financial, technical and strategic evaluations.
• Analyse competitors’ products, maintain an up‑to‑date database of their specifications, and leverage insights to improve the bank’s portfolio.
• Enhance staff technical and banking knowledge through training and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Corporate Communications for product launch campaigns.
• Submit regular progress reports to the direct supervisor and perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in banking or related financial services.
