About the role
Join Pasta Pot Restaurant in Erbil as a full‑time Cashier. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling payments quickly and delivering friendly service in a busy quick‑service environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain precise cash records and handle change distribution.
- Answer guest inquiries and assist with order management.
- Keep the cashier workstation clean and organized.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic math and cash‑handling competence.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction management.
- Problem‑solving and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to learn or already proficient with POS systems.
- Team‑oriented attitude and adaptability under pressure.
- Previous cashier or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
