Business Development Executive (Remote)

About the role

WeCopy Fintech, a Canada‑based fintech firm, is expanding its presence in Kurdish‑speaking markets. We are looking for a remote Business Development Executive who will drive growth across Iraq and Kurdish‑speaking communities by acquiring new clients and building strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting Kurdish‑speaking markets.
• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into active traders and partners.
• Promote funded trader programs, copy‑trading solutions, and forex brokerage services.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with traders, affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), and partners.
• Educate clients on our products, trading platforms, and opportunities.
• Support leads through onboarding and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities within the target regions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Kurdish and English.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition.
• Background in Forex, CFD, prop‑trading, crypto, or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
