Business Deployment Manager – Valves (Erbil, Iraq)

About the role

The Business Deployment Manager will plan, coordinate and execute the deployment of valves business initiatives across central and northern Iraq. Based at the head office in Erbil, the role works closely with customers, creates leads, converts them into firm RFQs and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute deployment strategies for business transformation initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end deployment planning, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Application, Sales and external vendors.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Oversee change‑management activities such as communication, training and user adoption.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure deployment readiness through testing, validation and assessments.
• Track and report KPIs, milestones, risks and status to senior leadership.
• Support post‑deployment stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of market assessment and business‑plan implementation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Experience with control valves, relief valves and level transmitters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft project‑management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
