About the role
The BSS Engineer will be responsible for delivering BSS maintenance projects, focusing on CRM and Charging System (CBS) platforms. The role involves ensuring network health, resolving incidents, and supporting customers with technical queries.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as device health checks, information collection, and network risk management.
- Analyze and locate problems in the live network, restore services promptly, and maintain network security.
- Communicate with customers regarding system or product issues and provide technical answers.
Required profile
- Experience as an IT engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, Huawei GaussDB, and other SQL databases.
- Proficiency with SUSE Linux and IT server environments.
- Understanding of commission, integration, and maintenance procedures.
- Fluent English for daily work.
