About the role
As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will manage financial transactions and keep accurate records, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments and proper reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks and maintain ledger entries.
- Process payments, invoices and related documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and summary statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes.
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
