Badge Administrator

About the role

The Badge Administrator will operate the field access IT systems at Majnoon Oil Field, ensuring accurate badge issuance and data management in both Arabic and English. This role supports KBR and Basrah Oil Company security operations and contributes to business continuity on site.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data for all field staff and vehicle badges in a bilingual access management system.
• Process badge deactivation requests promptly from security managers.
• Review badge applications for completeness and compliance before issuance.
• Collect and record biometric data for personnel prior to badge issuance.
• Update badge access permissions according to security manager directives.
• Identify and report system faults or technical issues affecting access control.
• Maintain the Head of Turn (HOT) arrivals register continuously.
• Generate reports for security, operations and management stakeholders on request.
• Support the security team with documentation for field access control and business continuity activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in security or access management.
• Ability to translate basic documents between Arabic and English.
• Understanding of data protection requirements and confidentiality obligations.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
