Artificial Lift Systems Field Specialist

About the role

Join the Artificial Lift team at a leading oilfield services company, where you will operate and maintain Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and related surface equipment in the field. The role involves hands‑on technical work, troubleshooting, and leading a small crew to ensure reliable lift performance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, run, inspect, modify and repair ESP pumps, motors, cables and down‑hole equipment.
• Perform pre‑commissioning checks and tests to guarantee successful start‑up and continuous operation.
• Lead a team, attend pre‑job planning meetings and supervise technical services.
• Repair breakdowns and conduct routine maintenance on ESP equipment.
• Install, operate and maintain Variable Speed Drive (VSD) systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ESP systems.
• Technical degree (Diploma or higher) in a related field.
• Proven experience installing, operating and maintaining VSD systems.
• Hands‑on expertise in down‑hole troubleshooting of ESP equipment.
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
