Arabic Tutor for AI Model Training

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic Tutor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will engage in bilingual conversations with the models, assess their linguistic performance, and create new dialogue examples to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct written and spoken interactions with AI chatbots in Arabic and English.
• Measure and report on the progress of language models.
• Write novel conversation scripts to teach desired behaviours.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for grammatical correctness, logical consistency, and brand voice.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong command of grammar, style, and linguistic nuance.
• Detail‑oriented with an analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
