After-Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an After‑Sales Engineer to provide technical support and after‑sales service for blowing and filling machines, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and after‑sales service for blowing and filling machines.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and support corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
• Diagnose technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Support customers in improving machine performance, efficiency and product quality.
• Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in FMCG, carbonated soft drinks or bottled water companies.
• Proven experience with blowing and filling machines, preferably Krones, KHS, Sidel, SMI, SIPA or SACMI.
• Background in technical support, quality assurance, production or after‑sales service.
• Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, injection molding and plastic product applications.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and root‑cause analysis techniques.
• Good command of English, especially technical writing and reporting.
