Accounting Manager (Odoo ERP)

About the role
BGT is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its finance function. The role focuses on leveraging the Odoo ERP system to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize Odoo for accounting operations, financial management, and generating financial reports.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance using the Odoo system.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting management across the organization.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with the Odoo ERP system.
- More than 5 years of overall experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
- Excellent problem‑solving, data analysis, and decision‑making abilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (written and spoken).
