About the role
The External Transfers Management Senior Associate is responsible for handling customer transfer requests, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Upload and verify customer requests in the system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Submit requests to the central system after comprehensive review of data and supporting documents.
- Monitor pending transfer transactions, communicate status updates to customers, and track suspended or pending items.
- Coordinate with customers and relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure timely transaction completion.
- Respond professionally to inquiries from regulatory authorities and correspondent banks, providing precise banking terminology and documentation.
- Perform electronic archiving of transaction-related documents, classifying them by type and date within the bank's approved system.
