Financial Inclusion Officer

About the role

Region Trade Bank is looking for an experienced Financial Inclusion Officer to lead and develop strategies that expand banking services to unbanked and underbanked populations. The role focuses on creating inclusive financial products, driving customer acquisition, and fostering sustainable growth through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial inclusion initiatives targeting unbanked and underbanked segments.
• Develop customer acquisition strategies and financial literacy programs.
• Design and market inclusive financial products for low and middle‑income customers.
• Build and manage partnerships with government institutions and NGOs.
• Track inclusion KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with Central Bank of Iraq regulations.
• Lead and manage the financial inclusion team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business administration, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services or economic development.
• Proven leadership and project‑management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
