Workforce Supervisor – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

AntonAnton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Workforce Supervisor to lead and coordinate the workforce responsible for the maintenance and repair of non‑production facilities at its Basra, Iraq site. The role ensures that maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workforce activities related to maintenance and repair of non‑production facilities.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and comply with company standards and procedures.
• Allocate manpower, develop daily work schedules and manage contractor activities to meet operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, workforce reports and related documentation for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in overseas construction projects or operation and maintenance project management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
