Job ResponsibilitiesConduct formal competency assessments for all operations personnel.Establish and maintain competency records in compliance with project standards.Identify competency gaps and liaise with trainers to arrange remedial training.Verify staff competence prior to task authorisation.Job Requirements10–15 years oil & gas operations experience.Internationally recognised qualifications (NVQ, C&G, OPITO etc.).Valid emergency response competency.CMMS / SAP experience.Formal competency assessment experience is essential.Commissioning experience.Experience working in similar challenging environments.Valid trade competencies.International driving licence.Good English communication; Arabic advantageous.ISSOW & PTW practical knowledge.
