Customer and Sales Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

April Moon Retail Pvt Ltd is seeking a full‑time, remote Customer and Sales Coordinator to act as the central hub between customers, internal teams, and external partners. You will ensure smooth sales and service operations while delivering a high‑quality experience for travelers purchasing premium liquor and exclusive travel products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner.
• Assist with order processing, documentation, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Monitor product availability and support promotional activities.
• Prepare basic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and service issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Attention to detail, independence, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of retail or e‑commerce processes; experience with travel retail or luxury products is a plus.
