About the role

We are seeking a B2B Sales Engineer to lead strategic initiatives that accelerate our growth across business‑to‑business channels. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to uncover new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and shape a long‑term B2B strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage high‑impact B2B initiatives and enterprise‑level projects.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new B2B growth opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and other departments to enhance the B2B customer journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Contribute to pricing models, go‑to‑market strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor KPIs, generate business reports, and present findings to leadership teams.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise client needs and B2B business dynamics.
  • Strong analytical ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience using business intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Knowledge of project‑management platforms.
