About the role
Madarek Group is seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist to strengthen its Civil & Architectural Division. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and driving sales within the construction, interior design, building materials, real‑estate development, and luxury residential sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new clients and projects in the targeted sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, developers, and contractors.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to win contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within construction‑related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
