Senior Brand Manager (Iraq)

About the role

EVYAP is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for its portfolio in Iraq. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive market share, enhance brand visibility, and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand strategy aligned with business objectives through market, price, and consumer analyses.
• Coordinate ATL and BTL advertising campaigns, promotions, and indoor/outdoor activities.
• Manage local market research to inform commercial decisions.
• Lead trade‑marketing initiatives to ensure strong in‑store execution and brand presence.
• Execute 360° communications across ATL, BTL, digital and social media channels.
• Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and learnings.
• Monitor brand performance and propose targeted initiatives.
• Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and media plans.
• Oversee product launches and coordinate with sales, production, R&D, and finance.
• Track consumer insights, sales volume, market share, pricing, and distribution metrics.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably with a master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in multinational or reputable local FMCG companies.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial orientation.
