Sales & Marketing Supervisor – Compressor Services (Iraq)

About the role
The Sales & Marketing Supervisor will lead business growth and market development for Atlas Copco’s Compressor Service and Optimization division in Iraq. Working closely with local distributors, you will combine frontline sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives to expand the customer base and drive sustainable revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of service products, aftermarket solutions and equipment across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities in key industries and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with distributors’ aftermarket sales teams to address customer needs and maximise satisfaction.
- Monitor spare‑parts stock levels, recommend replenishment and report monthly KPI summaries.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, conduct market analysis and support product launches.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and act as the voice of the customer.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in industrial equipment or services.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience in the Iraqi market is highly preferred.
