Sales Representative – Sanitary Ware

About the role

YESHINE is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to promote its high‑quality sanitary ware range in Erbil. You will be the main point of contact for retailers, contractors, designers and project developers, helping them select the right products for residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across the construction and design sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records, track orders and coordinate delivery and after‑sales support with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback to the product team.
• Represent YESHINE at showrooms, trade events and on‑site visits to strengthen relationships and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on long‑term customer relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to understand and clearly explain technical product features.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and follow‑up capabilities.
• Integrity, reliability and accountability in meeting sales objectives and reporting.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Erbil and travel within the region as needed.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
