Sales and Reservation Officer

About the role

Cloudy Sky Company, a leading travel services provider in Erbil, is looking for a motivated Sales and Reservation Officer to join its full‑time team. You will be responsible for turning client inquiries into successful bookings while creating tailored travel itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Process flight, hotel, and holiday package reservations accurately.
• Design and customize comprehensive travel itineraries and vacation packages.
• Convert customer inquiries into bookings by recommending suitable travel products.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk‑ins.
• Resolve booking issues, itinerary changes, and cancellations efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience working inside a travel agency.
• Hands‑on experience with airline ticketing, hotel bookings, and visa application processing.
• Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience with airline systems and GDS software (Amadeus or Galileo) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
