Management Trainee – Retail Operations

About the role

LC Waikiki is looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join its retail team in Sulaymaniyah. You will support store operations, ensure brand standards are upheld, and develop your leadership skills in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously monitor LC Waikiki store standards.
• Prepare efficient work schedules for the store team.
• Maximize store productivity and operational efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store layout according to corporate guidelines.
• Achieve sales targets, productivity per square meter, and profit objectives.
• Meet internal audit performance criteria.
• Control shrinkage, manage expenses, and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc university degree.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Self‑development focus and positive attitude.
• Problem‑solving, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
