About the role
Baly is looking for a Kurdish‑speaking Community Engagement Agent to strengthen its relationship with users across social media platforms. The role involves managing public interactions, responding to comments, and maintaining a positive brand presence online. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Social Media teams to ensure communications align with Baly’s voice.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments on Baly’s social media channels.
- Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and brand‑aligned manner.
- Foster positive interactions and encourage meaningful community participation.
- Support marketing campaigns by driving audience engagement.
- Identify and escalate sensitive comments or reputation risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Track audience sentiment, emerging concerns, and trends.
- Share community feedback and insights with the Marketing team.
- Collaborate with Social Media Support Agents to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media management, customer service, or a related role.
- Native or near‑native fluency in Sorani Kurdish.
- Good communication skills in Arabic.
- Strong written communication abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and online community management practices.
