About the role

Al-Bahrani Group is looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to join its team across the group of companies. The role focuses on creating, publishing, and monitoring engaging content that aligns with each brand’s identity while interacting with the online community.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize monthly and weekly content schedules.
• Write captions and post copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Publish content according to the approved plan and track its performance.
• Monitor comments and messages, responding directly or routing to the appropriate department.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends and propose relevant content ideas.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of visual assets.
• Assist in creating simple reports to evaluate content performance and audience engagement.

Required profile

• Good understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Strong writing ability and attention to detail.
• Organised, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in digital trends and content creation.
• Excellent communication skills for professional audience interaction.
• Basic knowledge of KPIs and digital analytics is a plus.
