About the role
We are looking for a Junior HR Operations Associate to join Baly’s People team. The role focuses on delivering a smooth onboarding experience and supporting the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Workplace, and hiring managers to ensure new hires transition seamlessly from offer acceptance to day‑one.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate pre‑boarding activities such as welcome communications, equipment requests, and system access setup.
- Collect and process employee documentation, including contracts, identification, and onboarding forms.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Workplace teams to set up payroll, accounts, workspaces, and equipment.
- Prepare onboarding kits, company presentations, and role‑specific materials.
- Conduct Day 1 welcome sessions and act as a culture ambassador.
- Track onboarding metrics, gather feedback, and recommend process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, administration, or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- People‑oriented mindset with a passion for creating seamless employee experiences.
