Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and provide creative solutions to enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, and polishing brass and metal fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly, and spot‑clean carpets when needed.
• Maintain clear fire exits and stairways, pick up litter from corridors and pathways, and keep guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas tidy.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately and inform valet service for laundry, dry‑cleaning, or pressing services.

Required profile

• Friendly, caring, and dedicated individual with strong cross‑cultural sensitivity.
• Willingness to put in extra effort and time when required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enjoys collaborating with a multicultural team and serving diverse guests.
• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred; good command of English is an advantage.
